All prices below include set up and styling, hire of all servingware and props, pack down and rubbish removal, and a fresh flower centrepiece arrangement from one of our partnering local florists. If you are providing your own substantial catering at your event, we suggest you go a size down in your table to ensure you don't over cater (unless you want lots of leftover grazing goodness...i mean...the choice is yours).

Breakfast/Brunch Grazing tables are available for $25 per head, for a minimum of 20 people.

T H E  B O R I N G  S T U F F . . .

> The above prices include travel within 30km of the Joondalup area. If your venue is outside of this area, a small travel fee will be applicable on your quote.

> Gluten free and vegan options are available at a per head based surcharge - we are happy to do half half, or a portion of the table to suit the dietary requirement. This will be reflected on your quote.  

> The above prices do not include a table. We work with the existing table at the venue. If there is no table available, we are happy to organise the hire of a table and this will be added to your quote. We do include a kraft paper layer on the base of the table to protect it from the food, and we can provide white tablecloths if required. 

> Pack ups at, or after midnight incur a $30 after hours fee. 

> A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance of your invoice is due 14 days prior to the event. Any changes made after the quote has been issued will be charged accordingly. Any cancellations after the time of booking, but prior to three weeks before your event will result in a loss of 50% of your deposit. Any cancellations less than 3 weeks out from your event will result in the full loss of your deposit. 

> Any damage, or loss of hired items will be invoiced after the event, and payment will be required within 7 days of this invoice. Loss of items will result in the replacement value being paid. Minor damage will result in reapir costs if available, otherwise replacement value will also be charged.

> Late payments of invoices will result in a late fee of 10% of the outstanding amount for every 3 working days that the payment is not received. After 15 working days, the outstanding invoice will be forwarded to a collection agency.
